Ok so.. i asked around on how to make this and i just mapped it in mta, (I think i did it right) - Converted it to pawno ( i think? xD) Here is what i got from it.

Now for the cars there are 2 Elegy's and 2 ranchers, i placed a fence around the walls, and a gate at the allyway ( I do not know if i am allowed to have this for a gang HQ. If not let me know ;d )

I know its alot to ask for, but we are really all about Rp, and we are Rping a business, this int would serve as a officebuilding, and the outside, secured like a normal business.

But then again i don't know if we are allowed to have fences/gate and that int xD i just hope we can
